    Team POW did the mystery WOD this morning, were we the only team to get sub 10 min? I’m gonna do my best Aida/Reservoir Dogs impression now, it was kind of hot this morning, my head hurt, i went to bed late, it was cloudy, there’s a hurricane in the gulf so I couldn’t focus, i was distracted by Silverback even though he wasn’t there.
    On the plus side, daniel and I got some erotic handstand time in. I don’t know where the line is, but I think we crossed it.

    Great WOD to come back to-12:38 (55#). If I had Fam and Gatekeeper pushing me at each WOD, there might just be some notable changes. Sprint out the last set of burpees, Gatekeeper…really?!?! I would have never done it without you.

    Ramrod, Billdozer, Speedy-J – GREAT effort again!
    i want to be stronger!!! So, tomorrow is my one year anniversary with crossfit. I truly started as a weak, skinny, uncoordinated beginner(I know Jim is thinking, “so what’s changed?”=P) It may not feel like it in some wod’s, but i know I have come a long way. So, may the second year bring heavier weights, more sweat, faster times and maybe a little pukie. Bring it on! =)

    Maybe I could have gone heavier and faster, but Pepper’s hiding my mojo, Bryan’s not sharing his M&Ms, we had no extra burpees for backtalk… it’s just all out of whack!

    I forgot my exact time but it was in the mid 7 minutes, Rx. I should have to pay Jim when he designs a couplet including snatches & burpees. I love both of them.
    Billy – I’m pretty sure that after what you and Daniel did together during the team WOD, you two will have to move in together…
