Please join us in welcoming Daniel Ward, aka Ramrod, to our team as an intern coach. He comes from a sports performance specialist background and currently holds a nationally accredited personal training certificate. He is in the process of getting his CrossFit Level 1 Cert soon. Ramrod enjoys the competition component of CrossFit as well as the community (support) aspect of it. We feel that he will make a very good addition to our team as he is full of knowledge, dedication and passion to the sport of fitness.
