    Good morning, as most of you already know Jen W. and I will be hosting a Bar-B-Q on Saturday! I will be cooking burgers, dogs, and chicken to go along with chips and dip and what not. I will also have some beer and soda. Please feel free to bring the family or whoever else you would like. The only thing anyone really needs to bring is beer, because I was not able to get a keg.     Gab, WOD stands for “Workout of the Day”. Today is a mystery WOD. No one knows until they show up or someone tells them….
    You can do this Workout. It should be a good sprint!
    3 rounds for time:
    500m Row
    10 Dumbbell burpess (Burpess with 30# db in each hand)

It felt like I had nothing in the gas tank...loved the WOD though. *****Don't believe what others are saying about what the WOD is...part of the plan to keep it a mystery and coach randomized it as well*******

    Well I printed off directions for Saturday but I left them at the office So here they are
    Take 59 N to the Weslyan
    Turn right at the bottom of the ramp and follow it to the second light which is Bissonet and turn right
    Go through the next light up to Community Dr
    (it will be the road just before the railroad tracks) you will turn left there. Thats is my road and my house is about a half mile down on the right. The address is 6412 Community Dr Houston TX 77005. Feel free to call 281-889-0140 if you get lost. G can you post this again in the morning?

    Was hoping for a higher score but am happy with being able to type the RX after my #s as that doesn’t happen often…and those SDHPs had a habit of sneaking into the suck category very quickly…know my depth needs improvement on the WBs but that was my first time ever throwing up a 14er ๐Ÿ™‚
    Starting to slightly enjoy the “after-WOD” runs that are happening with our crazy little sadistic group…watch out TC and Doug, we will catch you one of these days ๐Ÿ˜‰
