    Cleans felt good, I could(should?) have gone heavier. I never, never would have thought I’d be squat cleaning 85 and thinking, too light; all the coaches have done an awesome job drilling the correct form into my head. Julia is right, burpees were the worst combat boot movement, but kipping in them was no party. Could only manage in sets of two.
    Great group at 4!! Way to rock the boots Julia and thanks for running with me after. No, Jim, my legs are no longer muscularly-challenged. You’ll just have to get used to it. :p
