    21:33(RX) An epic battle today with Bobo, we should do that more often. The first 800m felt great after that run yesterday with the dadgum sandbag.
    Daniel and I were talking about starting to get the ball rolling on a team for the affiliate cup at the CF Games. It’s about time for ACF to join in on some of the fun in California.

    Nice working out at 4pm, small but powerful group as JohnnyB mentioned. Teach zoomed past me just like a year and a half ago. I passed Todd on the last 800m run thanks to his debilitating cramp at the end ๐Ÿ™‚
    Great to see evening class regulars, lots of cool people. Need to swing by the evening more often.
