“I Like to Move It Move It’

Two person teams


Each team has 4 sandbags and a wallball (100,70,50,40,20)/(70,50,40,25,14)


Carry all sandbags to the fire hydrant (wallball must be taken to the fire hydrant at least once)


Then perform


10 rounds relay style

10 Knees to elbows

10 Wall ball


Then carry all sandbags back to the box

Wall ball must not hit the ground from the when time starts, until now.

Once the wallball is dropped pick up the heaviest sadbag. It must not touch the ground until time stops.


Then perform

10 rounds relay style

10 Ghd (scale is straight leg sit-ups)

10 Ring pushups (scale is hand release push-ups)


100 meter run penalty for dropping the wallball or the sandbag. (no sitting).

Aimee is heading back home to Georgia!  Aimee gained quite a few milestones while working out with Atomic CrossFit.  She also did her first competition last month.  You will be missed Aimee!
