    The Force, you’ve pulled the heavier weights almost to your shoulders. Committing and getting under fast takes practice! Be patient.
    Bullhorn, I have to agree with you on Will. He’s had a good 8-9 months of solid training with the big oly guy of team houston 🙂
    A lot of teams have formed and some are still looking for team members (let me know who else wants to be in a team). Jim and I have approved quite a number of teams already via e-mail.
