We are canceling all evening classes 4pm, 5pm, 6pm & 7pm tonight and tomorrow morning 530am, 830am and 930am and noon. Classes will resume Friday afternoon.  We are going to open more spots for the evening classes tomorrow night, Firday, and add a 7pm class just this one time. 

We are not sure how the metroplex is going to handle icy roads and we will post minimal or non-equipment WODs here and on the blog.  Please stay tuned….

Be careful out there if you have to drive (especially to our first responders and health care nobles)!

    Just finished 50 wind-sprints outside with my shirt off. It was exhilarating, may do it again when it cools down a little more.

    Can’t believe it, but I actually did the alternate workout at home.
    14:00 on the nose, with 6:38 and 7:21 splits.
    I think I saw a photo with someone wearing a Buck Furpees shirt. That sums up my attitude nicely.
