"Thomas and I did our first half marathon this morning and it was great…b/c of all of the CF training, of course :)  My time was 2:12:33–a solid 10 minutes better than my 3 running buddies…again, all b/c of CrossFit! ๐Ÿ™‚" – Kaylynn

    Pretty sure 15 of those minutes were spent on HSPU.

    OK Shoulders were shot…no excuses, but I would still be on the wall. However, heavy DB SP got nasty quick.

    12 Push-ups (Hands leave ground at bottom)
    15 Box jumps (Men-24″)

    As far as Lingo’s TX flag marathon shorts…. yeah, the 4pmrs and 5pmrs have seen them….we’ve also been flashed! I believe my closet has a US flag version of one of those, I’m just saying.

    Huge group at 4 today! Thanks H the B for counting my HSPU ๐Ÿ™‚ I did about 12-13 strict, then started kipping them. My shoulders were shot!
    Coach Macho said “no scaling, you will do the whole WOD and use a 40# KB” so what choice did I have? None. What Coach Macho says, goes! Glad I did it though!

    Awesome job Teach! I’m glad that the issue on the Game Site glitch is being resolved from last Sunday. Whew, I had my fingers crossed the entire time.
