“Inverse Variation”

"Inverse Variation"

With a continuously running clock:

  • 2000m Row
  • 3 attempts to establish a 1 RM Squat Clean
  • 50 Burpees
  • 3 Attempts at 1 RM max OHS (bar in rack)

Scoring : Subtract 1 second for every pound lifted for your final time.

For example: After your 3rd OHS, time reads 16:00, but you cleaned 200# and OHS 135# you would subtract 335 (5min 35sec) seconds from 16 minutes = 10:25

Keep moving on the three attempts at 1RM as the more you rest the more time expires….

    23:40 (115/90) = 20 or 21 something, math sucks
    8:59.9 2000k row (only reason that I know this is because I was trying desperately to stay under 9 minutes)
    Did 90 OHS during the WOD but went back afterwards and tried again after Billy gave me some hand placement tips..was able to get 100 which is a PR!!!!
