CrossFit Games Open 11.3

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
165 pound Squat clean
165 pound Jerk

Women will use 110 pounds.

Masters 55yrs and older (M 135lbs/W75lbs)

  • 1000 meter row
  • 50 Thruster 45 lbs
  • 30 Pull-ups

    W O W !!! Holy Guacamole!!!
    Life is so wonderful with the roller coaster of emotions! Otherwise, it’s boring. Everyday I’m very thankful for the people we surround ourselves. I gave it all and got 18 rds and 1 squat clean today just feeding off the energy that was left behind from previous heats! W O W!
    Thank you for judging Hernan The Barbarian and for the encouragement on some of my failed split jerk attempts. Jim, I will always make sure that you have a bullhorn 🙂
