Open Sectionals Athlete WOD:

CrossFit Games Open 11.6

Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of the following rep scheme:
100 pound Thruster, 3 reps
3 Chest to bar Pull-ups
100 pound Thruster, 6 reps
6 Chest to bar Pull-ups
100 pound Thruster, 9 reps
9 Chest to bar Pull-ups
100 pound Thruster, 12 reps
12 Chest to bar Pull-ups
100 pound Thruster, 15 reps
15 Chest to bar Pull-ups
100 pound Thruster, 18 reps
18 Chest to bar Pull-ups
100 pound Thruster, 21 reps
21 Chest to bar Pull-ups…

Women's Rx = 65 lbs

This is a timed workout. If you complete the round of 21, go on to 24. If you complete 24, go on to 27, etc.

Perform the following each minute on the minute for 30 minutes:

5 Pull-Ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

Score is number of rounds completed.

Compare results to 100506.

    Thank you to all the coaches & athletes at ACF for helping transform me from someone who ‘worked out’ when it was convenient to one that looks forward to working out, even on her birthday. I’m definitely in better shape at 40 then I ever was in my 20’s or 30’s.
    Great job to all those doing the sectional WOD today – you were rocking!

    Hope your birthday weekend celebration was fun Gina! Lots of sweat, blood and tears as well as huge accomplishment on your 1.5 years of crossfitting! I’m so proud of you!
    @Special K, I remember seeing 5 soldiers stacked together and the others were kind of scattered around. Good to see you and your hubby on a Saturday.
    Summer and JenC also made a milestone today. Chest to bar in a WOD is worthy of a recognition!
