    good work today at Big 24, 7 rounds of the workout is just ridiculous.
    Team movement standards are up for the regionals, looks like we can’t use whoever does WOD 5 for WOD 6 which was the only thing that stuck out to me, HSPU’s with 2 45# plates.

    I would just like to say that I love the Atomic box! I have been in a bit of a “Crossfit slump” and have been consistently inconsistent the past few weeks. As soon as I walk in people are there to say hello and give me a hug, not to ask me “where have you been??” but rather “It’s good to see you” or “I’m glad you’re back” I absoutely love it. So thank you Atomic for just being AWESOME!

    SpeedyJ, no pressure, but we both have to make it through 9 MU’s and 1 snatch or the team gets eliminated.

    Actually Dozer, it’s really confusing ….the way it reads is each must complete at least 1 rep of both movements. I think they will reword this soon because this indicates you have to make all 9 MU; she makes 9MU; you make 9 snatches…and she needs make at least 1 snatch in the format for the WOD….weird.
    I think they mean that only 1 MU is required to continue in the competition. Not sure.
    Also Team Pullups are now C2B.
    HSPU is on 45#plates with an abmat between them. BTW Rogue Plates are not as tall as our plates…just sayn’

    Ah yes…Arnold You may be doing thrusters, but the rules on WOD 1 only require an attempt at HSPU and kipping is allowed. You may be on that one instead. Training will yield these answers.

    I’ll be bringing SoZo for those of you who have asked for a bottle. I also have some cases of Ignite if you want some at home for pre-workout or pick-me-up in afternoons. Great for anti-inflammation/muscle recovery bc its super high in antioxidants.— all-natural/no preservatives/fruits/vegetables/coffeeberry. Tomorrow I’ll be there at 8:30 and I’ll leave it for you in back room by food fridge. Just let me know.
