    was good to finally do this with a coach and with a partner. I rewarded them with some entertaining grunting, screaming, wobbling, burping, and some ugly facial expressions.

    Was a bit concerned about doing the 95# but that ended up being the easy part..pullups were another story…bit off more than I could chew with the thin purple band (completed 1 round) and then had to enlist more help as the rounds went on…

    Steph — 135lb power clean and then strict form on push press makes you technically very skinny! Strong is the new skinny!!!

    @Abbye, hope those heal soon. Prego Teach’s advice is best! I remember when I used to rip a lot. You’ll find a way to hang from your fingers rather than the palm of your hands.
