    Goal was to get 10 consecutive hang power cleans and unbroken squat since MU in the picture. Got 2 out of 3 (hook grip works, I highly recommend it).
    The 830 morning crew worked hard! Glad to be working out with all of you!
    MU attempt was too close today with right arm/elbow over the ring. Another day….on a mission!
    Way to go Dylon! His first time surprised him and took off with it do tackle this WOD!

    19:36- mod for globo gym during my lunch break. 3 rounds – 50 squats, 7@ 5 crossfit pushups, 5 dips, 10 @ 95# power cleans. I stole the bench press bar but they had no clips, so I kept having to push the weights back in place. 500m pre and post wod Row

    went up against the Nasty Girls and left with 3 nasty rips…but, did KPUs for all 3 rounds..first time to give up my band “training wheels” for an entire WOD, feel like a big girl now πŸ˜‰
    Big class and lack of available rings so did paradips with a 24″ box but did the RX weight for the hanging cleans so happy with that…

    1st MU today!!!! and 2nd, 3rd, and 4th (although only 2 in the WOD itself.)
    It took me 24:09 to finish but attempted MU’s each round. Ended up doing Chest to Ring pullups that ended up as just ring pull ups. Scaling this WOD blows ass.
    I’m SO STOKED FOR THE START OF THE OWC!!!! If you’re in, you’re in.

    WOD of the day: did not kill anyone while sitting in 3-hr construction stop on way to FL. Did not kill anyone while driving through golf-sized rain/hail for most of trip.
