    yes, rope burns do suck. This time I have them in some strange places.
    Took about an hour to get my heart rate below 100. gotta love August in Texas. at least i’m not pregnant. hehe.

    50# on the prowler. Did half the push ups (regular) and 10 wall squats and 1 ascent per round.

    23:56 (Rx) – the last set of CF Push-Ups were suspects.
    Rope burns don’t suck….because I didn’t get any – LOL! Either wear socks, wear tights and/or tape up your fingers/hands guys!
    On the way down, the technique that the Northern California guys and gals helped a lot. Made going down really easy with the rope on the outside of the leg…no rope burn! The only downfall, the soles of my Brooks was carved from the friction. πŸ™

    28:14 (1 rope, the rest scaled). I’m giving myself credit for doing 1 pre-wod rope climb. Also trying to get the same technique as the girls at the Games, so yay for me doing the leg wrap for the 1st time. Also did 50 pus the last round by accident, guess it was punishment. My finger tips have blisters that fast! I will be practicing more on this. Hbd Bob!
