    Got a cramp on my left side during the set of 20 GHD so moved to SLSU.
    I blame myself(and Sara) for doing 60 GHD situps last night during open gym.

    Got a little bit of everything this morning; cramps, compliments, new nickname, and Will and Kuleen using the band to demonstrate how to turn a person into a pretzel.
    That’s a win.

    GHD’s are a Panda’s nemesis (just like running, gymnastics, DU’s and anything Rammer’s good at) so I succumbed to the pressure and suffered through Anchored situps…

    Glad to Help Fil through the “pretzel” stage of CrossFit… Better than the “doughnut” stage we all start with.
