    17:00 (135, 6, knees up). I started with a 14# ball, but missed 3 times so I looked for a 10, but they were gone. So, 6 it is.

    I think today was the first time I noticed that I was able to engage both shoulders (stupid left shoulder) to lean back on K2E, & I noticed that I could push down on the bar. I’ll keep working that. πŸ™‚

    Big, fat DNF. First of all, I threw up in the middle of round 4 (please, PLEASE remind me not to eat whatever I want on the weekends. My paleo-ized system can’t handle it). Then, I went to finish the wod and wrenched my lower back pretty badly on my last set of DLs. Contemplating a trip to the chiropractor. Propped up on the couch and making my kids wait on me. Today was definitely not my day, but there’s always tomorrow…or whenever I can move again. Curses!

    19:55… Rx dead lift, attempted k2e but probably no reaped most, rx wall ball. Really slow today but made sure all my movements were good. Probably need to deload soon
