Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:

  • 10 Burpees
  • 25 Double-unders

Post  loads on Back Squat and Metcon time/scale in comments.

We will have regular schedule this week during the CrossFit Games with the exception of the following cancellations:

FRI, 7/26  10:30am Young Guns

MON, 7/29 530am, 630am, 830am, 930am and noon (WOD and Open Gym)

    Wow Leslie, 2 a days! Thanks to you and Robin for doing yesterday’s wod with me! I really love chippers…oh did I say that outload? Thanks Sonal, Nisha, Sarah, and anyone else I missed. My voice is about gone from yelling at everyone, and from my warrior cries on those cleans. Again, 6:00 is really making a name for themselves (full class again!) That’s a great pic On-Rampers, they have been eager to join in, and some have done so 2 days in a row after graduating! Kudos!

    Sid – much props for sticking around all day! The prowler + sled pull + 400m run was a ridiculous warm up! It was fun to watch (and not do) 🙂
