Happy Birthday, Jamie! Happy Birthday, Laura!

    Shoulder press = 45-50-55-65-70

    Push press= 70-75-80-85-90(1)

Push Jerk = 80-85-90-95miss-95miss 🙁 RATS!! Anyone who knows me is aware that I had a huge meltdown & temper tantrum at missing 95 again. I felt much better afterward. I think that I would have made it if all the effort I put into the tantrum had been applied to the bar instead. Timing is everything, right?

But as I am still inspired & highly motivated thanks to our TEAM, I stayed after for a while & continued to work on jerk form instead of going out on a bad note. I’ll get it soon.

Great sharing the bar with Eileen! Good work 0530s! Thanks for the help & the excellent class Coach Sid!

Go go go GO TEAM ACF13!!

I’m not sure if I’m remembering the first 2 rounds correctly, but the PJ is good to go! Very happy, since my PR a month ago was 177. Once I was able to get the uplift going up instead of forward, the feel of the weight decreased dramatically. Technique is SO key. Thx Sid for really being engaged and taking the time. Good seeing the Mississippi madness at the box! And Go Team ACF!!

Good job everyone for trying to differentiate the SP, PP, and PJ forms. It’s been great doing the extra coaching, but a little slim in getting my own WOD on. I got a 5000m row in before I left, but not for time @ 23:32. Happy bday ladies!
