    Worked up to 200 and missed, so 195 was my official highest lift today.

    Went back to open gym tonight to do the OHS from yesterday since wednesday is a rest day for me.

    45-50-55-60-65 PR My previous 1 rep max was 60 so I’m thrilled to get 3 at 60 then 3 at 65!

    Practiced back squats since I was there anyway up to new 1 rep max 115.

    Even though today was a OG day for me, I F’ing love the name of this WOD!!

    I worked on my OHS because 1 I missed them yesterday and 2 I suck at them. Thanks Panda for the pointers on the OHS it definitely helped. Small steps and I’ll get there.

    Came home did a few bench press X5 95-115-135-155-165 175 4 rep then fail.
