Then,
35 KTE each while non-working partner holds KB Overhead (53)(40) then
30 Pull-ups each while non-working partner holds the bottom of the squat then
25 Wallball (20)(14) each while non-working partner holds plank then
20 HSPU each while non-working partner holds Deadlift (225)(145) then
15 Thrusters (135)(95) each while the non-working partner hangs from a pull-up bar then
