  • 1 Decline Box Walk around (24″)(20″) – Push up position with feet on box, walk with hands 1 full rotation
  • 10 Jumping Squats (45) – do not drop empty bar!
  • 15 Push Presses (45) – do not drop empty bar!

Rest 7 minutes

AMRAP in 5 minutes

  • 10 Sit-Ups (GHD)
  • 10 Pull-Ups (C2B)

Post number of rounds + reps and scale of both AMRAP events in comments.

    Thanks for the birthday wishes! According to CrossFit I’m a kid again as the youngest in the magic SUPERmasters division!

    AMRAP 1 = 2 + 16 (35). That decline box walk sort of sneaks up on you!

    AMRAP 2 = 3 + 10 (anchored + 14 medball; jumping pullups, got my chest on the bar twice)

    My rounds went this way:

    3 rds — scaled the jumps to 5 with #15 and the PP to 8.
    2 rds — scaled the sit ups to the ones where you use a ball, #6; scaled the pull ups to 5.

    Hey Renee, I remember now, those are not not Tu-Tu’s. I lent mine to SIlverback and he said he was getting them dry cleaned.

    Thanks for the birthday love everyone! It’s been a pretty good day.

    Open gym in afternoon– worked with low weight on C & J/snatch & running.

    I love the intensity & energy on Monday evenings because it is so inspiring & motivating. I also love watching & encouraging the On-rampers, the regular wodders, the Team, & the weight lifters. I learn so much by watching everyone. By the way, JP is very strong & very fast. (But everyone already knew that!) I don’t JUST watch, I work, too!
