    17:54 (20 in decline, 75 PC, 15 # slam ball, bj 4 X 45 plates, 90 singles, KB swing 35, red band, 10# WB, 26 KB G2OH- doubtful it was snatch) I love data. 🙂 Gradually adding height to the stack of plates so I can feel ok to jump on the box again.

    Rxd the burpees 🙂 though they were getting slow even for me.

    I gave it everything I had. There was nothing left.

    Great job 0530s! Fun to see Trip with us this early am! Awesome class Coach Daniel, thanks!
