The Gulf Gauntlet

Sid, Katie B and Jessica participated in The Gulf Gauntlet competition this past weekend.  The other weekend, Chunners and Numbers participated in the Bring The Heat.  Great job guys!!

    15:42 (75, 15 1/2 in). I need to remember that the worst part about thinking about lifting the bar is the actual “thinking” part, instead of just picking it up. By the time I finished thinking about it I could have completed a couple of reps. My time probably has a whole minute of “thinking about it” time. Gotta get over that.

    Otherwise I’m good with this. 15 1/2 inches = 4×45 + 1×25 plate FYI.

    Nice to see Brooke so early, & to meet the new girls.

    Great WOD with my noonies. Torn about not trying the rx weight, but definitely a good workout for me overall. 30″ box jumps are always a good time, but add a little burpee to it and you get some magic!
