    DNF – Shoulder started hurting bad on 9th rope climb. Did 15 thrusters but they hurt so I did front squats for the remaining 30 reps, no pull-ups. 185# DL, 95# front squat

    I thought my shoulder was in pretty good shape before the WOD, guess it was a little too soon.

    Dragging big time. Also had weird thing happen about 2/3 up the rope.. Rope tied around my right leg. Spent about 45 seconds dangling trying to free my leg.. eventually used my left foot to untie rope from my leg. Scary and mentally draining. I was pretty much in survivor mode after that. Will take a much needed rest day tomorrow.

    35:33 155#, 95#, 45# Recovering from Monday, I took my sweet time. After thrusters it took a while to get blood flow up to my head before starting pull ups. Good work 9:30! Steph was standing by with the oxygen bottle. :^)
