After finally getting the rack down for push jerk, confident I can get 165 maybe 170. Thanks for the pointers Steff! 😀

Wish I could do mornings more often!

The toughest part of the 3 reps was coming down with it. Never really got comfortable. Good job 8:30.

Sometimes you just need those fun days at ACF, a little goofing off, light hearted fun – today was fun day. It makes it easy when you are swinging poundage between your legs.

    15 min establish 2RM jerk: 185, 195(1)

    Push-ups: 5
    Sit-ups: 10
    Pull-ups: 3

    Push Jerk
    185-185-225-235-245

    Pull-ups
25-45-70 I don’t know the rest, attempted 90 on the last one and almost had it.

George is right, good light hearted session with some hard work mixed in. It’s hard for me not to make jokes with 90lbs dangling between my legs, I guess I should be more used to it by now.

Would have liked to go heavier on Push Jerk, shoulder pain held me back. Pull ups were fun.

Should’ve split jerked the last set but reps 1-2 felt good, it’s the 3rd one that sneaks up on you..

Good times at the pullup bar with Judy and Jen C 😉

10-15-20(1)-5 strict (no added weight). I had to bail from the weighted PUs bc I was not clearin the bar anymore. I needed to work strict anyway. Hopefully one day I’ll find this movement useful (functionally), lol! Lots of laughts w/ Nisha and Jen C. Thx for the post Wod mile E! Thx Billy
