Starting this week there will be two Saturday WOD sessions, 7:30am-8:30am and 8:30am-9:30am. Both will be Team or Partner WODs. Open Gym will now be from 7:30am-9:30am on Saturdays.
All the rowers (ergs) now have updated firmware – they also have programmed favorite workouts. 4 preset distances (250m, 500m, 1000m, and 2000m), as well as a Tabata setting (20 sec row/10 sec rest, it will keep track of your number of intervals).
