15 min of Hand Stand Walk work / or Hand Stand Holds
If you have Hand Stand Walks do 15 m x 4
Or work on kick ups and stabilize - use a spotter to help (spotter holds one leg at the top)
You can also use the wall and work on gently touching the wall during kick up and then moving farther away from the wall each time
Or spend your time doing hand holds on the wall
