Alt movement for wall walks. Athlete stands fully extended. Lower your hands to the floor RDL style folding your chest over your thighs. Athlete walks hands out to plank position. Hold plank for 5 seconds, perform 5 mountain climbers, hold plank for 5 seconds. Reverse movement back to full standing extension. 4 times, 3 times, then 2 times. Or 3 times, 2 times, once. Choose wisely.
