CrossFit Strongman Sundays

Strongman style Sunday with Robin Mitchell was a pretty cool thing to watch. We as athletes in the CrossFit community pride ourselves on the varied sport platforms that we balance on. Basketball, Football, Baseball, Rugby, Triathlons, Volleyball, are all sports that we collectively participate in.

Stepping into a Strongman style session adds to our athletic prowess. Moving heavier things at a slower rate (slower than we are accustomed to in a typical CrossFit WOD) strengthens our core, levers and mindset of approaching a heavy barbell.
