I began my CrossFit journey in 2019 and quickly fell in love with the methodology, not just as a way to stay fit but as a tool to build resilience and confidence. I’ve been fortunate to learn from and continue to be mentored by a Level 3 CrossFit Coach, which has deepened my understanding of both coaching and the principles that make CrossFit so transformative.
As a coach, I am particularly passionate about empowering women to feel strong and capable in their own skin. CrossFit’s focus on measurable progress—free from distractions like mirrors in a traditional gym—creates an environment where performance and personal goals take center stage. There’s nothing more rewarding than helping others overcome challenges, hit milestones, and discover what their bodies are capable of achieving.
