Strongman is a sport in which athletes are tested for pure strength, using a variety of different tasks.
The focus will be on the following Strongman style events: Axle Bar Clean and Press, Sandbags, Stones, Deadlifts, Yokes, Sled Pulls/Drags, Farmer Carries, Tire Flips, and anything else we feel like lifting. Whether you are a new or experienced, we’ll help you learn to lift with an efficient technique suited to your body.
You will be paired with a coach in a small group class to refine your style through various accessory techniques.
