We offer open gym hours throughout the week. Drop into the gym outside of class times to work on technique, do additional workouts, or make-up a workout you missed. All open gym hours are supervised by a coach, ready to observe and correct form when necessary to prevent injuries. The most likely individuals to take advantage of open gym hours are experienced CrossFitters.
Open gym hours offers individuals an opportunity to continue their CrossFit journey or whatever their current goals might be without interfering with regular class schedules. This option is either a standalone membership or an add-on to our regular CrossFit membership.
In the event you are there during a class, CrossFit classes have first right to equipment and space required for their WOD.
Open Gym Hours:
Monday-Friday: 6am-7pm
Saturday-Sunday: 6am-6pm
