Every 3:00 x 8

12/10 cal bike OR 15/12 cal row

Power clean and jerks

Set 1-2: 10 reps at 50%

Set 3-4: 7 reps at 60%

Set 5-6: 4 reps at 70%

Set 7-8: 2 res at 80%

Rest until the 30:00 mark, then:

3 sets:

1 power clean and jerk at 85-90%

Rest 1:30 between reps
